The Great Story Mix-Up
Christopher Borriello, 13, US
There was a rabbit named Peter,
Who took a little dare,
Made up by his friends,
The Tortoise and the Hare.
He ran into a garden,
Run by a horrible witch
She had a weed called Rapunzel
And a dead rat with a stitch.
It was his tail the rabbit sought,
Then He ran for his life.
And then he bumped into,
A horrible monster's wife.
Then Frankenstien's monster himself popped up,
Both were full of malice,
Then Peter popped down a rabbit hole,
Directly after Alice.
He fell down quite away,
He thought he would never halt,
Until at last he landed upon,
A gigantic pillar of salt.
Then he came to a giant peach,
Then came to a factory wall.
The chocolate factory was truly huge,
and then it turned into a ball.
Cinderella was there, of course,
She ran away from it all,
Then at last he came to,
An enormous tower wall.
Peter ran to the top,
Where he found a very old lady,
She was by a spinning wheel
and her name was Sadie.
Ît was because of her there was a girl,
Who would be awakened by only a kiss,
And that was when Peter cried out,
"Hey, whose story is this?"
