Expecting your call in weariness
so many things I want to say

So many things I wish I could hold back --
hating you like this,
so much it hurts inside...
Knowing you'll remember
and think of me
and I'll be all angry
and you'll be all appologetic
(I could never let you in again.)
and I,
well I could argue,
and take cheap shots at your life
and all that's lacking
telling you your call was certainly
unwelcome
unnecessary
Why bother remembering when the time has passed
and I
have not forgotten?
The clock is ticking.
You haven't called yet..
I feel rejected again.
I should mean more to you.
